What to expect at Rock Hill?

We are a group of people who are passionate about Jesus, and passionate about seeing Him be known and glorified in Duluth. We hope you feel welcomed and comfortable among us.

  • What time is your service?

We have two services on Sundays –at 9 AM and at 10:45 AM. Our Connect Team will be waiting to greet you, and point you to a cup of coffee and a seat!

  • What is the service like?

Our services usually last about one hour and fifteen minutes. We start in musical Worship, with contemporary songs, as well as hymns. Our songs focus on the Cross and Resurrection of Jesus and during Worship we’re able to respond in thankfulness to Him. A sermon follows, as our pastors teach us the Word of God, challenging us to live Jesus-focused. Our members are then invited to respond with offerings, but if you are visiting us, please feel free to let the plate pass you by. After the service is done we invite you to meet one of our pastors, or have someone from our Prayer Team intercede for your life.

  • What should I wear?

Some people in our church like to dress up for services, but we also have people who dress very casually, so feel free to wear whatever you feel most comfortable in!

  • Can I bring my kids?

Definitely! We have Rock Hill Kids, from nursery up to 5th grade, and would love to teach your little one about the Word of God. Safety and great teaching are things we are passionate about. If you’d like your child to join our Rock Hill Kids, please register them at the Welcome Desk, on your right side after you enter in our main door, where you’ll receive a temporary name tag which helps us insure the safety of your child. You will need this name tag to pick up your child after service.

  • How often do you celebrate communion?

We celebrate communion every two weeks. You are welcome to join us, if you’re a follower of Christ, even if you’re not a member.
