Pastor of City Groups

Jason Balts oversees our City Groups and City Group Leaders. He was formerly a pastoral resident at Rock Hill and is currently pursuing ordination in the EFCA.

  • How long have you been at Rock Hill? Attending since the fall of 2014, on staff since February 2023
  • What you love most about your job? I love the the opportunity to serve and care for our people as they grow and mature in Christ (Col 1:28-29)
  • What is your favorite Scripture passage? Matthew 16:24-26
  • What is a fun, random fact about yourself? I have had 5 knee surgeries.
